Today on Dt. 12/02/2024 we celebrate Fresher’s Party of B. Sc., M. Sc. & GNM Nursing students. Guest present were Mr. Mukund Walchale Sir, Director of MES, Washim, Mrs. Vasudha D. Gadekar Madam Director of LPPNC, Dr. Vinit Hingankar Sir Director of Ozone Multi Specialty Hospital, Mr. Gopal Bhatkar Member of Z. P. Akola & Mr. Sunil Thakare Sarpanch, Kanheri (Sarap), Akola. In this program all Fresher’s given their introduction & did task allotted by their seniors.
HEALTH CHECK UP CAMP
Health check up camp was conducted by Ozone Multi Specialty Hospital at Shivaji Public School, Akola on Dt. 14/02/2024. Students participated were final year B. Sc. Nursing Ms. Achal Ingle, Ms. Sanjana Dandi, Ms. Khushboo Gawai & Ms. Ashwini Pakhare.

NATIONAL YOUTH DAY CELEBRATION
“Arise, Awake & Realize the power you hold”
On January 12, 2024 we celebrated National Youth Day at our college on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. The Chief Guest for the program was Mrs. Vasudha D. Gadekar Madam, Director of Lt. Pandurang Patil nursing College, and Mr. Abhijit P. Bhoyar Sir, Ms. Vaishali R. Morey Madam, Mr. Avinash B. Duryodhan Sir, other staff members and students were present for the program. This program continues with the speech by Mrs. Vasudha D. Gadekar Madam and in it she explains that today’s youth have tremendous energy, ideas, and power that can change the world for a good cause. Followed by various events such as drama, poster competitions, & essay competitions.
Celebration of 75th Republic Day.
The theme of 75th republic day is “Viksit Bharat: voice of youth and India: Mother of democrocy”. Chief guest present were Mr. Neeraj Walchale sir Director of Mukund education society. Program started with welcome of guest and all faculty member, continue with flag Hosting by the chief Guest and end with vote of thanks which is given by B sc. Student.
SWATCHA BHARAT ABHIYAN
On behalf of Gandhi Jayanthi, our college has arranged various programmes on 02.10.23 at Lt. Pandurang Patil Nursing College auditorium & in the campus. The programme was started with prayer song and completed with cleanliness drive by the student and faculty members.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT WEALTH AWARENESS PROGRAM
On dated 05/01/2024 there is a online developmental wealth awareness program for the students and on 06-01-2024 offline staff development Programs are organized for teaching and non teaching staff. Mr. Vaibhav Dhandre sir, Trainer adviser club, was the expert faculty for the session. The message given through this program was how to beat the monster called “INFLATION” even in an economically challenging time.
CELEBRATION OF WORLD CANCER DAY
“Close the care gap“
On Dt. 04-02-2023 our college celebrated World Cancer Day with students & Primary Health Center staff, Kanheri (Sarap), Akola to achieve the theme of World Cancer Day, “Close the care gap“. During this program, our college students conducted a human rally & street play in Kanheri (Sarap) village. Students created awareness about the stoppage of smoking, chewing tobacco, & awareness about oral cancer & breast cancer.

WORLD ORAL HEALTH DAY PROGRAM CELEBRATION
Today on the 12th September, 2023 we celebrated World Oral Health Day program in Late Pandurang Patil Nursing College, Akola. Today theme of the program was “Be Proud of Your Mouth”. This program was coordinated by Mrs. Suneeta Davey Madam, Mrs. Varsha S.Tayde and Ms. Vaishali V. Nistane. The Participants were IInd Semester B. Sc. Nursing and Ist Year GNM Nursing students. This program were celebrated in innovative way i.e., by giving oral care to the Nursing Foundation Lab Dummy. Care demonstrated by teachers & redemonstrated by nursing students.
TREE PLANTATION IN OUR COLLEGE CAMPUS
Today on 18th August 2023, we have planted the trees in our college campus under the theme ” Meri Mati Mera Desh”. This program was conducted by NSS volunteers and coordinators. Participants were all the teaching and non teaching faculty. NSS volunteers were leading the program.

Today on Dt. 10/08/2023 Third Semester B. Sc. Nursing students participate in HIV/AIDS competition in GMC, Akola. The chief guest present to this program was Dr. Ware Madam (Civil Surgeon, GMC Akola).
ORGAN DONATION DAY CELEBRATION
Theme “Raising awareness about the importance of donating organs after death to save more lives.”
On Dt. 03/08/2023 we celebrated the organ donation awareness program in Deshmukh Multispeciality Hospital, Akola. The guest present at this program was Dr. Shirish Sir. This program was conducted by IIIrd Year B. Sc. Nursing Students & guided by Ms. Vaishali Nistane & Mr. Vyanktesh Gavhale Nursing Teacher. The message was given in this program that after the end of life, we can save more life by donating our organs to others.
CELEBRATION OF BREAST FEEDING WEEK
On 2nd August, 2023 we had celebrated Breast feeding week programme in PHC Kanheri (Sarap), Akola. This program was organize by Third Year Basic B. Sc. Nursing Students & Coordinated by Ms. Nikita Pakhare Nursing Tutor and the chief guest was Mrs. Nalini Deshmukh Madam & Dr. Rathod Sir RMO, Kanheri (Sarap), Akola.
Nurse Day
Today we celebrated nurse’s day 2022. The theme was ” A voice to lead- invest in nursing and respect rights
to secure global Health.” The chief guest was Respected Principal Madam. All teachers were given roses as token of respect and appreciation. Small speeches were given by all teachers and few words were spoken by respectful invitees like Dr Akshay kamble which makes it more memorable
Farewell Program
A farewell program for fourth year students of 3 batches was conducted in college. The Chief Guest of the program was Mrs. Gadekar Madam, who always motivated the students by her Inspiring and guiding speech. Many activities was conducted as a part of function.

On the occasion of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti and Mahavir Jayanti a program was organised today at College Auditorium. Hon’ble Shri. Gaikwad Sir was the chief guest of the event. Students learned the importance of education and various disciples from the program which helps them to develop the career in future.
On the occassion of World Health Day an educational program was organised at Lt.Pandurang Patil Nursing College. The theme of the program was OUR PLANET OUR HEALTH, Dr. TUSHAR CHARKHA from Lotus Hospital was the chief guest of the function and his speech inspired many students with the importance of Healthy Life and our contribution to Mother Earth.
